I spoke with the head chef of the Bistro and almost immediately you can see his passion for cooking good food. Chef Hoang has the keen eye for presenting great dishes and also his care towards the community with previous participations in wonderful local events and charities. Chef Hoang is no stranger to cooking, as he tells me that he has had a fair share of years serving within the hospitality industry. During then, he's been learning and developing the taste for creating new dishes for his Bistro as well as introducing a selection of American influenced dishes that derive from the latest USA travels he had came across.
His other special for the night was a sesame chicken and baby corn mushroom. This was served with a generous portion of rice and was a comforting meal in itself.
